UTLDR was founded in 2024, when DJ Bracken, a Utah father, learned that kids across the state were facing $2.8 million in collective school lunch debt. Imagining his own daughter skipping lunch or struggling to concentrate in class due to hunger, DJ felt compelled to act.
Youthlinc invests in the service ethic of youth in order to foster individuals in our society who understand local and global needs, and who are deeply committed to work to relieve those needs through personal service, partnership, and good will.
We joyfully provide personalized care to those with Alzheimers or dementia. We provide them with the opportunity to socialize with others and nourish them with food, games, music, exercise, and crafts. This service allows caregivers a break. They can relax knowing their loved ones are in good hands.
We partner with local, national, and international groups to improve the quality of life for children, teens, and young adults who are victims of abuse, neglect, trafficking, or are facing homelessness.
As we’ve grown, our national network partners and pet lifesaving centers have become hubs for innovation and inspiration. We’re bringing tangible lifesaving tactics to shelters and rescue groups across the U.S, touching every community in the country.
Our Autism Center is designed specifically for parents and children ages 2 and up living with Autism Spectrum Disorders (ASD) or similar developmental delays. Our services, based on principles of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA), are designed with the child and family in mind.
At Pretty Tough Ladies, our mission is to empower women and children in trauma recovery by providing resources and meeting essential needs. We understand the mental health challenges that come with trauma recovery and hard times in life and how crucial access to resources and essential items is. As a non-profit organization, we have provided essential items and resources to over 6,000 women and children since being founded in April 2022.
The Soap2Hope program is designed to create self-sufficiency among survivors of trafficking/sexual exploitation and reduce the recidivism rate of returning to that life. The program provides street outreach, a diversion program for victims, reentry/post release services and referral to community resources.

Children in foster care come from all backgrounds—most share a background of abuse or neglect. They can be newborns, toddlers, or teenagers. They come from every part of the state and every race, religion, and socio-economic group. In too many instances, their parents have unresolved substance abuse issues.
Feed U Pantry is a food pantry run by volunteer students at the University of Utah. Any student or faculty with a valid University of Utah ID can take as much as they need from the pantry. All that they ask is that you be mindful about how much you take and only take what you need. Anyone can donate food or money to the pantry. There is a food donation basket outside the pantry and you can donate monetraily online.
Adopt-A-Native-Elder (A.N.E.) serves to help reduce extreme poverty and hardship facing traditional Elders living on the Navajo Reservation. A.N.E. is a trusted humanitarian organization focused on delivering food, medical supplies, firewood and other forms of Elder support. Respecting the tradition and dignity of Navajo Elders, we create relationships and honor and serve the Elders.
We’re Nuzzles & Co., a private, non-profit 501(c)(3) no-kill organization located in Summit County, Utah. In 1990, a group of volunteers founded our organization, originally known as Friends of Animals Utah, so we could come together to find homes for animals in need. Since then, we have found homes for over 25,000 pets.

Since our founding over 20 years ago, we have helped support 30 different orphanages. We have sent over 5,000 volunteers internationally to give nearly 1.5 million hours of face-to-face service in orphanages and millions of dollars in financial support. Most of our support has been to orphanages in Ecuador and Thailand, but we have also supported orphanages in China, Uganda, Vietnam, Peru, and Mexico.

Davis Education Foundation's story is the story of 72,000 students, 8,000 teachers, and 90 schools in Davis School District. The Foundation was established in 1982 for the "benefit and betterment of schools in Davis County." Early Foundation projects included gathering books for classroom libraries, collecting instruments for music programs, and partnering with businesses to create Mountain High's first computer lab.
At Beyond Addiction Mosaic, our mission is to create a recovery-ready community by bringing resources to life, Beyond Addiction. We provide Peer to Peer support to individuals looking to achieve long-term recovery from Substance Use Disorder while supporting 'All Pathways to Recovery'. The Salt Lake Valley COVID-19 Mutual Aid Network facilitates connections between individuals in need of support due to the COVID-19 pandemic and individuals offering support. Our network of volunteers provides assistance to community members in need by facilitating transport and provision of basic needs including groceries, prescriptions, and medical supplies.
